These are some of the questions that we get asked frequently:
  • Do you have a waiting list?
    We do currently have a waiting list for our absolute beginner classes and private lessons
  • How long is the waiting list?
    Very difficult to answer but please be patient and we will be in touch.
  • What age can we start lessons?
    We currently take children from 3 years in our afternoon and evening classes, we now also have our Tiny Swimmers classes for ages 3 months - 3 years
  • When do your classes run?
    Our Tiny swimmer (baby & parent) classes run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings, our evening classes run Mon - Fri evenings and all day Saturday. Closed Sunday
  • What is swim fit?
    It is lane swimming for fitness and fun, all bookings for this are done in the 'bookings' section
  • When do I need to pay fees?
    The fees are now taken on the penultimate week of every course for the following course. Please Note: if payment is not received on time your space may be allocated to someone else.
  • Who are private lessons for?
    The private lessons are for anyone, adults or children
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept, cash or card payments
  • What are swim fins?
    Swim fins are designed to hold your child in the correct position and giving freedom to the arms
  • Why don't you use armbands?
    We find that armbands are restrictive to the arms and the child cannot gain correct positioning
  • Do I need to get into the water with my child?
    For our evening classes we get in to the water with the children so you can sit, relax and watch your child. Tiny Swimmers baby and parent classes you do.
  • Where are you based?
    We are based at at Parkhall Business Village, Stoke-On-Trent(see map on contact page)
  • How do I book?
    Message us with a name/dob/ability and we can check what we can offer you.
  • Do you offer private hire?
    We offer private family swim sessions in the school holidays only,
  • Do you offer parties?
    We offer inflatable or mermaid parties (only available on Saturdays 4:30 - 6:30.)
